To ensure that all our clients are wholly satisfied with our services, we have put in place a revision policy. The policy gives clients an opportunity to request for revisions whenever they want some features of the delivered paper revised. The number of revisions you can request is unlimited, and we offer such revisions without added costs but on condition that they do not include any new specifications. If a customer’s request for a revision requires a writer to complete other tasks different from the ones originally specified, the client will have to pay an extra fee that will be dependent on how complex the new tasks are. Our expert support team members are always ready to give an estimated cost for the extra work. Therefore, do not hesitate to communicate with them every time you want to add new instructions to an order.

When requesting for a revision, customers are requested to press the ‘Request Revision’ button to submit their revision request. This button is always visible on an order displaying the status ‘Delivered’, and it will not disappear for two (2) weeks after the order’s delivery. However, if you do not review your order within the two (2) weeks period and either send it back for correction or approve it, the button will no longer be available, and the system will approve the order by itself. After approval, the revision button will be visible for another one (1) week, a phase within which the client is still at liberty to request for a revision. After the one (1) week period, you will not be able to ask for a free revision. However, you can still submit a request for your paper to be revised, but you will have to submit the request as a new order.
